Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online service operated by RS Techwin Sdn Bhd (“RS Techwin”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By signing in to or otherwise using the service (the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Service.

The Service is a private system available only to users whose accounts have been issued by RS Techwin. The Service is not open to the general public, and you may not register, access, or use the Service unless you have been authorized to do so. You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must not share your credentials, and you must notify us immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised. We may suspend or revoke account access at any time, with or without notice, where misuse is suspected or where these Terms have been breached.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• attempt to access information or accounts that have not been assigned to you;
• copy, export, distribute, or publicly disclose any content obtained through the Service without written authorization;
• interfere with the operation of the Service, including by uploading malicious code, scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempting to bypass security controls;
• use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of any third party.

You acknowledge that sign-ins and actions taken through the Service may be recorded for security, audit, and operational purposes. Records may be reviewed by authorized personnel and may be disclosed to authorities or third parties where required by law or where necessary to protect our legitimate interests.

Information you access through the Service is confidential. You agree to treat such information with the same standard of care you would apply to your own confidential business information, and not to disclose, reproduce, or use it outside of the purposes for which access was granted.

The Service, including its design, software, content, and branding, is owned by RS Techwin or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual-property right to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RS Techwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; the obligations relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, activity records, and limitation of liability survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
